[PATCH] Pointer cast warnings in scripts/

[Pierre Ossman]

GCC 4 checks the signedness of pointer casts and generates a whole bunch
of warnings for code in scripts/ (which makes heavy use of signed char
strings).

This patch adds explicit casts.
