RE: [RFC: 2.6 patch] drivers/acpi/utilities/utmisc.c: remove 3 unused global functions

Acpi_ut_strupr is used by the iASL compiler. I am probably going to put
a conditional compile around it.

The two report functions are obsolete, but may still be used by some of
the drivers. They will be removed soon.
