suspend.sf.net works for me , can you check again?

Anyway, all the code that is needed is here:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/suspend co suspend

Installation is little tricky, but there's HOWTO file in repository.
