[PATCH] document security_inode_xattr_getsuffix()

[Serge E. Hallyn]

Add documentation for the security_inode_xattr_getsuffix() hook in
include/linux/security.h.  This is (currently) called only from
kernel/auditsc.c, and slipped in without a comment.
