2.6.17 - pluto2: cannot tune to different multiplex

Hi Obi,

with 2.6.16,2.6.17 kernels I have problem use my pluto2 based card - It 
doesn't tune different multiplex except the one I started with. Only remove 
card from slot and plug it back helps.

Can you please fix this?
