[PATCH 3/6] readahead: kconfig option READAHEAD_ALLOW_OVERHEADS

Introduce a kconfig option READAHEAD_ALLOW_OVERHEADS to enable users
to choose extra features that have overheads.

Features with overheads will be disabled by default.
