[RFC 5/8] swap_prefetch: Make use of ZONE_HIGHMEM dependend on CONFIG_HIGHMEM

swap_prefetch: Make use of ZONE_HIGHMEM conditional
swap prefetch uses ZONE_HIGHMEM even if CONFIG_HIGHMEM is off. Make
that use conditional.
