Do all the oops report a crash in tcp_synack_timer() ? This one got a
wrong pointer for the call to req->class->rtx_syn_ack(). This really
smells like memory corruption. Have you tried memtest86 on your box ?
If not, could you let it run for a while (a whole night or at least
one hour) ?
Also, I see that you're using the eepro100 driver. Nothing wrong with
it, but could you retry with the e100 driver ? It would help us eliminate
a variable in the diag.
