[PATCH 01/11] swap_prefetch: Remove incorrect use of ZONE_HIGHMEM

swap_prefetch: Remove useless reference to HIGHMEM reserves.
HIGHMEM "reserves" are always zero. Remove the addition of the highmem
reserves.
