[PATCH 2/7] rbtree: fixed reversed RB_EMPTY_NODE and rb_next/prev

[PATCH] rbtree: fixed reversed RB_EMPTY_NODE and rb_next/prev
The conditions got reserved. Also make rb_next() and rb_prev() check
for the empty condition.
