CPU hotplug: smoke test

Hi!

I tried running few instances of

while true; do echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online; echo 1
> /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online; done

in paralel. It works okay, but, unfortunately, it provokes strange
failures while trying to build kernel from another console:
