[PATCH 8/9] Replace __ARCH_HAS_NO_PAGE_ZERO_MAPPED withCONFIG_NO_PAGE_ZERO_MAPPED

Replace __ARCH_HAS_NO_PAGE_ZERO_MAPPED with CONFIG_NO_PAGE_ZERO_MAPPED.
Move it from header files to Kconfig space.
