[PATCH] iomap: implement pcim_iounmap_regions()

Implement pcim_iounmap_regions() - the opposite of
pcim_iomap_regions().

This one is used by libata's new init model and generally useful for
driver midlayers. Please push it through libata-dev#upstream.
