[PATCH 2/5] Use mutex instead of semaphore in the OnStream SCSI Tape driver

[Matthias Kaehlcke]

The OnStream SCSI Tape driver uses a semaphore as mutex. Use the mutex
API instead of the (binary) semaphore.
