[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Add self for the dz serial driver

[Maciej W. Rozycki]

 Now that I have got the necessary piece of hardware (thanks, Thiemo!), I
may well offer myself as the maintainer for the dz serial driver.  I hope 
nobody objects.
