[PATCH] SCSI: make pcmcia directory use obj-y|m instead of subdir-y|m

subdir-y|m isn't supposed to contain modules or built-in components.
Change subdir-$(CONFIG_PCMCIA) to obj-$(CONFIG_PCMCIA).
