[PATCH] CRIS: Define __ARCH_WANT_SYS_RT_SIGSUSPEND in unistd.h for CRIS

CRIS: Define __ARCH_WANT_SYS_RT_SIGSUSPEND in unistd.h for CRIS
This allows us to use the commong sys_rt_sigsuspend instead of
having our own.
