Unify arch/x86/boot/compressed/{vmlinux.scr,misc.c}

Changes from last time:
  * Use .rodata.compressed instead of .data.compressed.
  * Use the 64 bit strings rather than the 32 bit versions, dropping the
    odd leading "."
