[PATCH 23/40] ide-tape: set PC_FLAG_DMA_IN_PROGRESS flag in idetape_transfer_pc()

Set PC_FLAG_DMA_IN_PROGRESS flag in idetape_transfer_pc() instead of
idetape_issue_pc() to match the other ATAPI device drivers.
