[PATCH 04 of 36] x86: make _PAGE_HIDDEN conditional

[Jeremy Fitzhardinge]

Only _PAGE_HIDDEN when CONFIG_KMEMCHECK is defined, otherwise set it
to 0.  Allows later cleanups.
