[PATCH 1/2] LDSCRIPT: Name INIT_RAM_FS consistently

In asm-generic/vmlinux.lds.h, name INIT_RAM_FS consistently, no matter the
setting of CONFIG_BLK_DEV_INITRD.  This corrects:
