Technically the patch looks OK. But are we sure that userspace
won't break when it'll see a new charging state?
To be on a safe side, and maybe it'll be a better idea anyway,
we could implement charging_mode property? With at least following
values: "N/A", "Trickle", "Slow", "Fast"?
