[PATCH] cleanup page_remove_rmap()

Subject: [PATCH] cleanup page_remove_rmap()
page_remove_rmap() has multiple PageAnon() test and it has
a bit deeply nesting.
cleanup here.
note: this patch doesn't have behavior change.
