[PATCHv2] eventfd: reorganize the code slightly

From: Michael S. Tsirkin
Date: Thu Aug 27 2009 - 08:03:00 EST

This slightly reorganizes the code in eventfd, encapsulating counter
math in inline functions, so that it will be easier to follow the logic
and to add new flags.
No functional changes.
