What's in hid.git for 2.6.34

Below is a list of changes that are queued for 2.6.34 in the HID area.
Apart from usual pile of fixes to various drivers and for various
devices, most notably we have completely new drivers for brand new
multitouch devices, written by Stephane Chatty.
