[PATCH -tip v10 1/9] kprobes/x86: Cleanup RELATIVEJUMP_INSTRUCTION toRELATIVEJUMP_OPCODE

Change RELATIVEJUMP_INSTRUCTION macro to RELATIVEJUMP_OPCODE since it
represents just the opcode byte.
