[PATCH 5/6] swiotlb: Make swiotlb bookkeeping functions visible in the header file.

From: Konrad Rzeszutek Wilk
Date: Tue May 11 2010 - 11:40:56 EST

the SWIOTLB buffer in the header and make those functions non-static.
