[PATCH 4/9] add new KVMCLOCK cpuid feature
From: Glauber Costa
Date: Tue May 11 2010 - 12:22:54 EST
This cpuid, KVM_CPUID_CLOCKSOURCE2, will indicate to the guest
that kvmclock is available through a new set of MSRs. The old ones
are deprecated.
