preempt_disable and sleep()

I am running RT linux .

/* code snippet */

preempt_disable()
...........
sleep(10);
'............
preempt_enable()


will this sleep() will cause reschedule ?.

if an interrupt comes  while premption is disabled , how it is handled ?.
