[PATCH] Tidy REMOTE_DEBUG

Hi all!

	As part of the VAMOS[0] research project at the University of
Erlangen we are looking at multiple integrity errors in linux'
configuration system.

	CONFIG_REMOTE_DEBUG seems to be a leftover from 2.2 and 2.4
kernel series only present today at one single space (and no longer at
all if the patch is applied). As it's unreferenced from Kconfig side
we might as well drop it?

	Please keep me informed of this patch getting confirmed /
merged so we can keep track of it.
