[GIT PATCH] driver core patches for .35

Here's the big driver core merge for the .35 merge window.
It touches a lot of places outside of the driver core, due to some API
changes, and due to the network namespace patches coming in through this
tree due to the dependancy on the kobject namespace code. David Miller
has acked all of these patches and asked that they go in through here.
Full details as to what is included is below in the shortlog.

All of these patches have been in the linux-next and mm trees.
The patches will be sent as a follow-on to this message to lkml for
