pkgtemp: double lock

Hi,

stanse found that you double lock pdev_list_mutex:
  -> pkgtemp_device_remove
    -> mutex_lock(&pdev_list_mutex);
    -> pkgtemp_device_add
      -> mutex_lock(&pdev_list_mutex);

Could you fix that?
