[PATCH] mm: cleanup gfp_zone()

Use Z[TB]_SHIFT() macro to calculate GFP_ZONE_TABLE and GFP_ZONE_BAD.
This also removes lots of warnings from sparse like following:

warning: restricted gfp_t degrades to integer
