Umm, I'd hope X evdev driver could handle BTN_TOUCH without
BTN_LEFT/BTN_0 to indicate primary button. Legacy mode (mousedev)
already translateds BTN_TOUCH/BTN_LEFT/BTN_0 into "left PS/2 button".
