[PATCH 2/2] hwrnd: enable AMD hw rnd driver for Maple PPC boards

PPC 970FX Evaluation kit (Maple) boards bear AMD8111 southbridge.
Allow this driver to be compiled in if PPC_MAPLE is selected.
