[PATCH v3] Input: tegra-kbc - fix wakeup from suspend.

From: riyer
Date: Wed Aug 31 2011 - 19:38:38 EST

From: Rakesh Iyer <riyer@xxxxxxxxxx>

For wakeup to be reliable, kbc needs to be in interrupt mode before suspend.
Created common routine to control the FIFO interrupt.
Added synchronization to ensure orderly suspend.

v3: Simplified suspend path based on Dmitry Torokhov's suggestions.
v2: Incorporated Dmitry Torokhov's recommended changes.
v1: Initial Patch.
