[PATCH] scripts: scripts/patch-kernel should be able to digest kernel.org hosted .xz patches

[Shawn Landden]

kernel.org is hosting patches and kernel compressed with xz (lzma2+). Allow
scripts/patch-kernel to decompress these files.
