[PATCH] Staging: vme: Replace semaphore by mutex.

From: santosh nayak
Date: Tue Apr 03 2012 - 07:14:46 EST

From: Santosh Nayak <santoshprasadnayak@xxxxxxxxx>

Replace binary semaphore by mutex for code cleanup.
Mutex also gives better performance than semaphore.

Add 'mutex_destroy()' in 'vme_user_remove()' routine.
