$ cd tools/perf/
$ mkdir /tmp/pbuild
$ make O=/tmp/pbuild

    MKDIR /tmp/pbuild/bench
    MKDIR /tmp/pbuild/util
    MKDIR /tmp/pbuild/util/ui
    MKDIR /tmp/pbuild/util/ui/browsers

...
