[PATCH 1/3] SUNRPC: new svc_bind() routine introduced

From: Stanislav Kinsbursky
Date: Wed Apr 25 2012 - 09:37:59 EST

New routine is responsible for service registration in specified network
context.
The idea is to separate service creation from per-net operations.
