Patch "ntp: Correct TAI offset during leap second" has been added to the 3.0-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    ntp: Correct TAI offset during leap second

to the 3.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     ntp-correct-tai-offset-during-leap-second.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.0 subdirectory.
