[PATCH 10/17] mfd: prcmu: dbx500-prmcu creation

Create a generic drivers/mfd/dbx500-prcmu.c
Allow supporting and managing several PRCMU IP versions
Use dbx500-prcmu new interfaces to abstract prcmu services.
