[PATCH 1/2] ARM: dts: AM33XX: Add ECAP & EHRPWM device tree nodes

Add ECAP and EHRPWM device tree nodes to AM33XX SoC family
by adding necessary properties like pwm-cells, base reg & set disabled
as status.
