FYI, if this did not yet get applied, this header has now been
moved to linux/platform_data/spi-omap2-mcspi.h. So you may want
to updated it and repost.

Also, you should probably Cc spi-devel-general@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
