[PATCH 06/14] staging: csr: Added whitespaces around comma, =, >, <, ; (mostly for loops)

There were tons of whitespace warnings (not using whitespaces before and
after "=, >, <", after comma, and ";" on for loops, so that I fixed them
altogether.
