3.8.0-08664-gc41b381: Very jerky mouse pointer

Today's git kernel has, for me, sort of solved the usb problems that
recently was reported. Not completely, though.

My Logitech wireless usb mouse is about useless - the pointer lags badly
when I move the mouse.

This is a Lenovo Thinkpad T500.
