[v4][PATCH 6/7] powerpc/kgdb: use DEFINE_PER_CPU to allocate kgdb's thread_info

Use DEFINE_PER_CPU to allocate thread_info statically instead of kmalloc().
This can avoid introducing more memory check codes.
