[PATCH] fs/buffer.c: Remove the unnecessary init operation afterallocating buffer_head.

[majianpeng]

Because alloc struct buffer_head using kmem_cache_zalloc,so it's not need to
call 'init_buffer(bh, NULL, NULL)'.
