Oh, sorry about that. I meant something like this.
#ifdef CONFIG_WQ_POWER_EFFICIENT_BY_DEFAULT // or something prettier

module_param....
And its Kconfig entry
config WQ_POWER_EFFICIENT_BY_DEFAULT

default n
