[PATCH 2/3] random: Allow fractional bits to be tracked

From: H. Peter Anvin
Date: Sat Apr 27 2013 - 18:45:32 EST

From: "H. Peter Anvin" <hpa@xxxxxxxxx>

Allow fractional bits of entropy to be tracked by scaling the entropy
counter (fixed point). This will be used in a subsequent patch that
accounts for entropy lost due to overwrites.
